Rules, cancellations, and safety

Though we may skirt the lines with some things in our daily lives, like staying on the sidewalks, and walking within the crossing zone lines, on a tour, it's important to follow these rules, not only for safety for yourself, and others but also because authorities will ticket tour groups who don't follow the rules.

The city regulations are as follows: (1) Walking tours shall refrain from encroaching on private property, including, but not limited to, trees, bushes, tree lawns, porches, gardens, steps, and public streets open to vehicular traffic. (2) No tour may block sidewalks preventing other pedestrians from passing. (3) Noise of the participants is to be kept at a conversational level. (4) Voice amplification systems are forbidden.

Additionally, some places on our tours are private residences. Please keep that in mind and avoid disturbing families by being too loud or by trespassing on private property. Though drinking adult beverages is allowed on the tour when using 16oz or less plastic cups, sometimes it can become too much fun, and cause disruptions. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave the tour, without a refund.

COVID Vaccinations: All of our tour guides are covid vaccinated and have had our boosters. Regardless of your opinion on the subject, we do this for your safety and ours.
